Join us on this cultural cooking class tour in Nassau and learn how to prepare Bahama’s national dish!
Your tour will begin by meeting your driver at the port and making your way over to a local conch stand on the bay where a local expert will teach you all about this dish and how the shellfish is prepared and cooked. Your cooking lesson involves removing the shellfish from its shell, scoring and slicing it, and mixing it with a variety of other ingredients to create a bright and delicious conch salad!
